In the middle, machine is covered by foam, to protect the machine from shaking.

For the inside, the machine is covered by thickening plastic bag for waterproof.

A: Our package is designed to avoid all the damage factors and make it to be safe. Moreover, our shipping agents have send our machines by air or sea to over 100 countries so they have full experienced in safe transportation. Therefore, please don’t worry and you will receive the parcel in good condition.

A: Our engineer has well debugged and installed the machine before shipping. For some small parts   installation, we will send unpacking video in details, user’s manual along with the machine. 90% customers can learn by themselves.

A: If meet such problems, please contact us asap and do not try to fix the machine by yourself or someone     else. We will response within 24 hours as quick as we can to solve it for you.

Normally one engineer and one sales person as well as you to organize a group to solve the problem together online first. If can not solve it yet, we can arrange door to door service.

A: You can tell us the package, printing contents and running speed of your product, we will print the sample on machine and show you the effects as your options.

A: Within 7 days after payment received. You see, we need to debug for 7days to ensure that the printer is well working before delivery.

A: For the items you purchased, we will arrange shipping by sea or international express delivery to ship and usually the carriers are DHL, FedEx, TNT, and UPS. It shall be quite safe during shipping by sea or air. Additionally, we will purchase insurance as a guarantee for your order.

A: We will send you the Bill of Lading or tracking number after shipping your items and keep in touch with you and assist in you for both customs clearance and machine installing before the printer works well in your site.

A: We provide 1 year warranty. if any part is faulty, our company will give you replacing parts for free and help you change the faulty parts. When the warranty is expired, our company will still give you technician support for free. The only difference is that the replacing part is no longer free. Therefore, we provide lifelong after sale service to you as long as you are using our printer.
